Email support@torqueweek.com. A person reads every message and we answer within 24 hours.
Report something
Open the ⋯ menu on any post, comment, video, listing, review, message or profile and choose Report. Pick a reason, add a note if you like, and send. It is hidden from you immediately and a person reviews it within 24 hours. Reports are anonymous.
If it is urgent — a threat, a child at risk, a crime in progress — call your local emergency number first, then email us.
Block someone
The same ⋯ menu has Block. Blocking removes everything from that person from your TQ WK and ends any friendship; they cannot message you and are not told. Manage the list in Settings → Blocked accounts.
Appeal a decision
If we removed your content or suspended your account and you think we got it wrong, email support@torqueweek.com from the email on your account with the username involved. We will look again and reply within 24 hours.
Copyright
If content on TQ WK infringes your copyright, email support@torqueweek.com with a link to the content, what you own, how to reach you, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised.
Delete your account
Open your profile (your picture in the Feed tab) and tap Delete account, or sign in at torqueweek.com/delete-account. It takes effect immediately: your profile, garage, schedule, friends, blocks, listings, contact data and device tokens are deleted; your posts, comments and reviews are de-identified; payment records are kept only as long as the law requires. You can also email us and we will do it for you.
